- Condition Guaranteed: All cigars are shipped with Boveda humidity control packs to maintain a perfect 69% relative humidity during transit.
- Discreet Packaging: Your privacy is respected. All orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging.
- Dispatch Times: Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day for next-day delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of premium cigars and strict health and safety regulations, our return policy is governed by the following terms:
- Quality Concerns: If you believe your cigars have arrived damaged or in poor condition, you must contact our concierge within 24 hours of delivery.
- Unopened Boxes: Returns for unopened, sealed boxes may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days, provided the seal remains intact.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs using a tracked and insured service to ensure the cigars return to our humidor safely.
- Non-Returnable Items: Single cigars, humidors that have been seasoned, and used lighters/cutters cannot be returned.
